The G-Unit honcho just opened up about the tension between him and BMF star Lil Meech, shedding light on the roots of their growing conflict. The rapper and mogul has been critical of Lil Meech and his father, Big Meech, especially over allegations that Big Meech may have cooperated with authorities while incarcerated.
The situation escalated when Boosie Badazz shared his thoughts on a text exchange between 50 Cent and Lil Meech, which 50 had posted on social media. Boosie commented, “I didn’t like his response but it seems like he got genuine love for 50,” adding, “If it were me, I would have responded much more forcefully. But it seems like he’s still showing some respect.”
In response, 50 Cent shared his perspective in an Instagram post, explaining, “I did more for MeMe than anyone in his life, Boosie, that’s why he responded like that. If he gets locked up, I’m the first person he calls to bail him out every time.” He also raised concerns about Meech’s loyalty, saying, “When I saw him laughing at his father’s post, I realized he might not be as genuine as I thought.”
