Femme It Forward’s signature High Tea celebration returned this year at the start of the 2025 BET Awards Weekend, honoring powerhouse women in entertainment, sports, and leadership. Founded by visionary entrepreneur Heather Lowery, Femme It Forward continues to champion women who lead with authenticity, purpose, and power, and this year’s event proved no exception.
This year’s High Tea honored three trailblazing figures: Olympic gymnast and TIME’s 2025 Woman of the Year Jordan Chiles, actress and entrepreneur Crystal Renee Hayslett, and BET EVP & CMO Kim Paige. Each honoree was celebrated not just for professional achievements but for their unwavering commitment to moving culture forward and uplifting others along the way.

Guests stepped into a dreamscape draped in soft nude tones, blush linens, cream florals, and gold accents, setting the stage for an afternoon of sisterhood, celebration, and soulful connection. A live pianist and violinist set the tone, while immersive brand activations, a chic dress code, and signature beverages like “FemmeinitinTEA” and “Spill the Tea,” powered by Pronghorn, infused the experience with flavor and fun.
